Updated November 2, 2026.
GTA Top (gta-top.com) is a fan-run information site about Rockstar Games titles. We collect as little data as possible and never sell it.
What we collect
- Contact form. If you write to us, we receive your name, email, subject and message. We use them only to reply.
- Server logs. IP address, request time and browser — standard web server logs kept for security and spam protection for a limited time.
- View counter. We count page views without linking them to any person.
- Traffic statistics. We use Google Analytics 4 to see which pages people read, which countries and devices they use and where they come from (search, Telegram, other sites). Google Analytics sets the
_gaand_ga_Q36241C4WCcookies (kept for up to 2 years) and does not store IP addresses. We only see aggregated statistics and don't use them for advertising.
What we don't do
- No ad networks, social media pixels or advertising trackers.
- Only Google Analytics sets cookies (see above). A session cookie is set only for editors who sign in to the site.
- We don't sell or share data with third parties unless the law requires it.
How to opt out of analytics
