How to enter cheats in Liberty City Stories
- PSP. Press the combo during play. L and R are the shoulder buttons, arrows mean the D-pad.
- PS2. The same, but with L1 and R1 instead of L and R.
- iOS and Android. There's no cheat menu. According to players and gta.wiki, the combos work if you connect a Bluetooth controller: ✕ → A, ○ → B, □ → X, △ → Y, L1/R1 → LB/RB. On mobile, according to the wiki, the Rhino tank cheat spawns other cars, and the multiplayer codes do nothing.
Most cheats turn off when you enter them again. Cheats that change pedestrians (riot, attacks) can't be turned off, so save separately beforehand and don't overwrite your main slot. GTABase and gta.wiki give the same combos below.

These codes unlock gangs and pedestrian models for local multiplayer on PSP. On PS2 and mobile you can enter them, but they change nothing, since there's no multiplayer there.
